Ingredients
- 150g CRAB MEAT
- 30g OLIVE OIL
- 10g WASABI/MUSTARD
- 100g MAYONNAISE
- 10g LEMON JUICE (1 lemon)
- 1g COARSE BLACK PEPPER
- CHIVES
- BRIOCHE
Instructions
- In a bowl, weigh all of the ingredients and mix together.
- Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
- Plate it on some toasted brioche and garnish with chopped chives.
